So much for not splurging for lunch. I even avoid sitting at the sushi bar so I won’t be tempted to do omakase. Still ended up ordering most of their white board special. 

Top roll from Left to Right - Uni, Medai, White Salmon
Bottom roll from Left to Right - Hotate, Kampachi, Buri (Japanese adult yellowtail)
Amaebi and Iwashi (Sardine) on separate plate.

Buri was heavenly. The uni was flew fresh from Boston that day. It has such a lovely golden color and an amazing rich sweetness. It was sheer bliss. Chef has gotten better with the sauce too. Garnishing was just adequate and did not overwhelm.
